20% for payment 4 weeks prior to the training start
10% for payment 2 weeks prior to the training start

50% for the third participant and beyond
The deadline for payment of registration is one week before the start of the training course.
Cancellation policy: Under certain circumstances, participants may need to cancel their participation in the course. For cancellations before the payment deadline, we will reimburse the paid amounts minus an administration fee of €150.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged for participants cancelling between four and two weeks prior to the start of the training. A cancellation fee of 80% of the course fee will be charged for participants cancelling within the two-week period prior to the start of the course.
We will accept transference of registration to substitute participants without additional costs.
We reserve the right to change the date of the training course for any reason. Any eventual change will be announced to the participants as soon as possible. If however, the training course is permanently cancelled, then full reimbursement (100%) of the course fee will be made.
Payment, Invoice and Taxes:
Information about payment methods are available on the signup form and signup response email. Upon payment confirmation you will receive our invoice form with the service description and VAT amount.
